The independent residential estate agency of Healy & Newsom was established in August 1990 and is based at 19 Richardson Road, Hove, BN3 5RB being sited in the local shopping parade servicing the New Church Road area of Hove.
The partners of Healy & Newsom are John A Healy FNAEA and Graham J Newsom FNAEA both being long standing members of the National Association Of Estate Agents and also members of the Brighton & Hove District Estate Agents and Auctioneers Association.
The new partnership therefore decided to open an independent agency in Hove on the 1st August 1990 and has become well known throughout the area with an ever growing list of friends and clients.

John Healy
John has been living in Brighton since 1971 and having finished school in 1974 joined a local firm of estate agents as an office junior. Since this time he has been involved within the Brighton & Hove area throughout his career working and becoming a partner of the well known independent firm Hayler & Sawyer one of the towns leading estate agents and was based in the Brighton branch of the firm where he remained until the sale to a multi-national was completed. He continued to work with the organisation for two years during which time he decided the time was right to open an office where the client care and independent advice was of the utmost importance. |

Graham Newsom
Graham has been a resident of Brighton & Hove for a major part of his life and since leaving a local school in 1967 has been involved within the estate agency profession serving the Brighton & Hove community. Graham was previously a partner with the independent firm of Hayler & Sawyer which was sold in the late 1980’s to a large financial institution and remained a part of the new set-up for a two year period during which he also decided that he wanted to continue offering a personal service to the public without the restrictions of a large financial institution. |

Craig Healy
Craig is the most recent addition to the team having left Varndean college and joined the agency in September 2006 and subsequently gained experience in dealing with both vendors and applicants and is in a position to assist with many of the inquiries as the most important part of the team. On many occasions both the partners are out of the office on various appointments in the knowledge that inquires are left in very capable hands. He hopes to continue his progression within the estate agency business in the Brighton & Hove district. |
